Using 3DIEMME’s RealGUIDE™ software we can decide how we are going to design the splint, either with simple surgical splints or with occlusal registration. In addition, anchorage pins, essential for this type of interventions, are included.

GINGIVECTOMY SURGICAL SPLINTS

These splints are indicated for coronal lengthening treatments, in which part of the gingiva is removed to expose a larger surface area of the tooth structure.

Avinent’s gingivectomy splints are made of NYLON, which is a sterile material, and consist of a fully customized splint with ‘windows’ to guide the surgeon when cutting the gingiva.

This product includes the design and fabrication, to make the whole process guided and planned.

PRACTICAL AND EASY-TO-USE INSTRUMENTS WITH EXCELLENT RESULTS

The new RealGUIDE™ guided surgery instruments are designed to make surgeries easier and faster, providing all the instruments in one intuitive box. Compatible with all Avinent implant connections. In addition to including all drills and surgical instrument in the same box.

The kit includes:

Drill Kit, Tissue Punch, Bone Leveler and Starter Drill. With shorter drills to provide more comfort to the clinician.

Adapters and extensometers, screwdrivers, bone extractors and protective screw, torque wrench and Opening Gauge, mounts, rings, anchor pin, and burs for pin.

It also features a color system that allows the clinician to identify the drilling sequence quickly and streamline the process during surgery.
